At YummyTecture Cakes, we are committed to delivering our baked goods with the highest quality and freshness. Please review our shipping and delivery policies before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Options

1. Local Pickup & Delivery (Dallas-Fort Worth Area)

   • We offer local pickup and hand delivery for customers within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
   • Pickup is available at our designated location. The exact address and pickup time will be provided after your order is confirmed.
   • Delivery is available within the DFW area for an additional fee, which varies based on distance.

2. Out-of-State Shipping (Bundt Cakes & Cookies Only)

   • We currently only ship bundt cakes and cookies to locations within the United States. Custom cakes, tiered cakes, and other perishable items are not available for shipping.
   • Orders are shipped via reliable carriers to ensure freshness, and tracking details will be provided once the order is on its way.
   • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all shipments are sent using expedited shipping methods to minimize transit time.

3. Processing & Shipping Times

   • Orders for shipped items require 3-5 business days for processing before they are dispatched.
   • Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 1-3 business days after shipment.
   • We do not ship on weekends or holidays to prevent extended transit times that may affect product quality.

4. Shipping Fees

   • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and preferred shipping speed.

5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

   • Once an order is shipped, we rely on third-party carriers for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the situation and determine a resolution.
   • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, but store credit may be issued at our discretion for significantly damaged shipments.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

   • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, a reshipment fee will apply.

7. Warm Weather Shipping Precautions

   • During warmer months, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs to help preserve the freshness of our baked goods. However, we highly recommend selecting express shipping for warm climates to avoid melting or spoilage.
