At YummyTecture Cakes, we take pride in crafting high-quality, delicious cakes and baked goods. Each order is made with care and attention to detail to ensure you receive the best possible product. Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final, but we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below.

Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

   • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

   • Orders can be canceled or modified up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for credit toward a future order.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date are eligible for 50% credit toward a future order.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or delivery are not eligible for credit, as production has already begun.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

   • If there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery, please notify us immediately.
   • For incorrect or damaged cakes, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
   • Any concerns must be reported within one hour of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos of the issue.
   • If we determine the issue was due to our error, we will offer store credit toward a future order or a replacement at our discretion.

4. Delivery Issues

   • We take great care in ensuring safe delivery, but once the cake has been handed off, we are not responsible for damages that occur during transportation or after pickup.
   • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, a credit will not be issued for missed deliveries.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

   • While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

6. Custom Cake Approvals

   • For custom cakes, we require approval of design details before production. Once approved, no changes can be made, and credit will not be issued for design preferences.
