Fill out the cake order form, or call/text on 469.759.3550, or email ‘yummytecture@gmail.com’ the date is the most important thing so we can verify availability. Once we agree on a design, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final total is required to save the date. The balance will be due 10 days before your event.

Once you have an event date, we suggest you get in touch with us as early as possible. Book or notify us with the date and make the deposit, so we can save the date for you and avoid any last min disappointments. If we are able to accommodate a short-notice request, a 50% rush charge will apply. For more information on the ordering process, please review the order form.

Unfortunately we do not send progress pictures but we could send a finished look once the cake is completed and in route for delivery.

I can, however I would prefer to create an original design for you, so i will encourage you to adapt and personalize it in some way if appropriate.

Soon! Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free and egg-free options are currently unavailable but we plan to add these options to our menu in the near future. We are a peanut free kitchen; however, we do use some tree nuts in some of our products, therefore we can’t guarantee that trace amounts won’t be present in all products. We do however take all precautions to keep our nut products separate from the rest of our inventory.

Our prices vary upon, the size, design and servings of your cake. Please contact us with the above details so we can help you out with the price. For a more detailed look at our starting prices provided on the order form. Once the final design has been approved, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to hold your reservation, with the balance due on or before delivery. Because of the advanced preparation required on cakes, cancellations within two weeks of the due date are unacceptable.

Yes! We offer both pickup and delivery options. Delivery will be charged according to distance from our Frisco location. Set-up at a venue is also available for an additional fee. All cakes above 2 tiers have to be delivered with no exception. Please see FAQ and order form for more information.

We accept both cash and a variety of online payment including Zelle, apple pay and PayPal

Yes! We offer a variety of ready to go and custom order treats. Please check out our menu to see detailed descriptions of all available treats.

The safest way to transport your cake is flat on the floor of your car, such as in the trunk or in the passenger foot-well. Cakes balanced on seats have a terrible habit of tipping forward! In very hot weather, it’s advisable to get the air conditioning running in the car for a few minutes before you put the cake inside.

You will receive a “cake manual” with your cake, which includes detailed instructions on how to store and protect your cake. None of our cakes require refrigeration and in general it is best avoided, as cold air contributes to the drying out of cake. However, in very hot conditions it may become necessary to chill your cake to preserve its shape and structure

Yes, we offer cake tastings for all clients. You will receive a beautifully presented box of our most popular cake samples to be enjoyed at home. There is a $35 charge for a tasting box, which will be refunded against the cost of the event cake if you confirm your order.

Cakes and cupcakes are not able to tolerate heat – sunlight and high temperatures will start to melt the buttercream and ganache, compromising the structural integrity of the cake. Equally, displaying your cake under a spotlight or near an oven, fireplace, sunny window or any other heat source will have the same results. If you choose to display your cake outside or near a heat source then please be aware that you are doing so at your own risk.

The “cake manual” you will receive with your cake includes detailed instructions on how to cut and serve your cake. All tiered cakes are doweled and staked. This is an absolute necessity for structure and stability in any multi-tiered cake

Yes! We offer both private and small group cake decorating (not baking) classes for beginners and professionals. We also offer consultation and mentorship for professional cake makers looking to elevate their business. Please check out the “courses” to review all available courses and curriculum.
